Does the Gallatin Valley Mall have gift cards that can be used at all stores in the Mall?

Yes, Gallatin Valley Mall Gift Cards can be purchased at the Guest Services all mall hours or 24/7 online on the Gift Cards tab of this web site.  ~ Our Gift Cards Make the PERFECT GIFT EVERY TIME!~

Can I distribute information about my organization, solicit for my business, have a fundraiser, or place fliers on cars in the parking lot of the Gallatin Valley Mall?

ONLY WITH MALL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL FIRST!  The Gallatin Valley Mall is private property; therefore all solicitations MUST BE APPROVED FIRST!   Go to our Events & Promotions tab on this website to download the Mall Usage Application From (on the top right hand corner).  Fill this form out, sign the form, and return to the Mall Management Office.  Only after  the Mall Manager or Marketing Director gives you permission and only after the form has been completely filled out are you able to distribute information on mall property   Thank you!

Does the Mall offer Wheelchairs?

Yes,the Gallatin Valley Mall provides wheelchairs, during all mall hours, at absolutely NO CHARGE.  The wheelchairs are available at Guest Services, which is located at the Macy's court area (located at the west end of the mall). Sorry no reservations.  We do ask that you leave a photo id or $5 for deposit, to insure return of wheelchairs.

Do you provide Strollers at the Gallatin Valley Mall?

Yes, Strollers can be rented - through The Clubhouse not guest services.   The cost is $5.00, but when you return your stroller you will receive $1.00 back. Strollers are located on the East end (JC Penny's End) near the entryway to the mall.

Can I get my gift wrapped while I am at the Mall?

Yes, Gift wrapping service is available at our Guest Services Kiosk, which is located in the Macy's court area.  You may also buy gift cards at this location as well. You may have your gift wrapped during mall store hours.  There is a fee for this service. A variety of stores also offer gift wrapping, inquire at the time of your purchase. 

What stores can I use my Gallatin Valley Mall Gift Card at?

All mall stores & restaurants to include our outside merchants: Hollywood Theaters, Taco Bell, Fuddruckers, & Tire Rama.

How do I check my balance on my Gallatin Valley Mall Gift Card?

There are several ways for you to do this:

1. Call 1-800-755-8713
2. Go to www.getmybalance.com
3. Come to Guest Services
4. Look at your last receipt - your balance appears as the authorization code. 
• Example
• 050X00 = $50.00 balance.
• 1EMPTY = $0.00 balance.
5. or call our Guest Services - 406-586-4565 and we can look it up for you.

How do I get to the Gallatin Valley Mall?

See our Driving Directions button at the bottom of this page or got to "About the Mall" tab on this web site. We are located at the West end of Bozeman on Main Street (Hwy 191).

Can I park my RV in the Mall's parking lot while I tour town?

Sure, Bozeman offers some great shopping and entertainment.  Stay awhile and enjoy it. Although we do not allow over-night camping in our lot.  Please also be sure to park away from the entries of to the mall and try to take up as few spaces as possible.
