Store Manager Full Time
HOURS: at least 45/ week, weekend availability
PAY: starts at $60,000-$70,000/ year base pay (DOE) with the opportunity to earn a substantial bonus!

-1% of gross sales in bonus for meeting a labor cost goal
-1% of gross sales in bonus for meeting a food and paper cost goal
-1% of gross sales in bonus for meeting a sales goal
-profit sharing available for the right person
At current volumes the bonuses would total $6,000+/year!
The Pretzel Place in the Gallatin Valley Mall is seeking a hardworking, honest and awesome General Manager. We are a hand rolled soft pretzel shop operating inside the mall. This job requires a minimum of 45 passionate hours per week. Candidates for the position should be self motivated, great with customers, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous management/shift management experience a huge plus but not required. Previous food/retail experience also a plus but not required. Biggest requirement is a service oriented and friendly/outgoing attitude!
RESPONSIBILITIES for the overall operation of the restaurant including but not limited to:
-Hiring and Training Staff
-Scheduling
-Ordering
-Inventory/Cost control
-Restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
Great job for someone who likes to work with their hands and doesn't want to sit at a desk all day! You will be actively running the restaurant with your crew or alone 95% of the time! This will include making dough, rolling and cooking pretzels, helping customers, cleaning, supervising, etc.
